Terms and Conditions


Welcome to Keke’s Cheesecakes!

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Orders


- Order Timeline: All orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance to ensure product availability and preparation time. For larger orders, we recommend at least 14 days in advance.

- Custom Orders: We currently do not offer custom orders, though we will be offering customization in the future when we expand our menu.

- Catering: Please send an email to kekescheesecakes@gmail.com to inquire about catering.

2. Payments


- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing your order. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

- Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due the day before the scheduled pickup date. Your card will be charged accordingly. If the final payment is not received by this time, the order may be subject to cancellation, and the deposit may not be refunded.

3. Cancellations and Modifications


- Change/Cancellation Policy: Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, and deposits may not be refunded for cancellations.

- Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances at our discretion.

4. Pickup and Storage


- Pickup Details: We are currently an online-only business with local pickup options. The pickup location and time will be confirmed once your order is ready.

- Storage Recommendations: For best results, please keep your cheesecake refrigerated until ready to serve. Cheesecakes stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to five days. Do not leave your cheesecake out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, this will result in a cheesecake that is not edible and unsafe.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions


- Allergy Disclaimer: Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products at this time.

- Dietary Options: We currently do not offer gluten-free or vegan options, though we are working to expand our selection.

- Product Responsibility: Once you pick up your order, Keke’s Cheesecakes is not liable for any damages, including those arising from improper storage or handling.

- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to ingredients used in our products.
